Department dedicated to managing support requests at the after-sales stage, for a digital and trackable workflow, from ticket opening to closing, built into the ERP Desop system.

Site coordination

Operational coordination and monitoring of activity at the construction sites and homes that will receive the designed products. The digital management of processes includes tracking and archiving data gathered at this stage.

HR, Financial & General Services

Central corporate management and coordination functions carried out by more than 80 employees: from administration to payroll, HR management and the legal department.
