Milan Contract District, a little more than two years after its birth, won the prestigious Honorable Mention at the XXV ° edition of the Compasso d’Oro ADI Award – Association for Industrial Design, thus entering the Permanent Historical Collection of Italian Design.
MCD was born from an idea by Lorenzo Pascucci with the aim of proposing, through the innovative Contract System formula, a new business model open to the Real Estate market and able to combine the needs of residential real estate with the fragmented world who produces high-level design.
